The Toronto Power Solutions Cogeneration – Etobicoke project will be subject to an extensive environmental screening process that includes:
- Examining project’s potential impacts on the environment (land, air, water & noise)
- Developing suitable measures to mitigate potential impacts
- Consultations with all affected stakeholders
If the project is awarded an Ontario Power Authority contract detailed design of the project will commence April 2009. Subsequently would begin late 2009 and would be operational by early 2011. |
